Jesse Houle - Owner
Jesse Houle has twenty-eight years of construction experience including buildings, roads, bridges and infrastructure. Jesse is experienced in managing environmental and and transportation projects spread throughout Wisconsin
including Wisconsin Department of Transportation (WisDOT) projects, municipal projects and various private projects.
As the owner of Beson & Houle (B&H), Jesse is tasked with managing various responsibilities. Core responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing quotes and estimates, contract review, managing projects, and invoicing and contract closeout. Management includes direct management over project superintendents and site forman and indirect over a team of 20+ ironworkers on a daily basis.

Beson & Houle LLC, was formed in early 2017 by its owners, Bill Beson & Jesse Houle.
In 2019, Jesse become the sole owner.
We have recently created and filled the position of in-house project manager for the first time, to assist with management of projects that we are constructing in the 2022 season and beyond. Our current staff consists of Jesse Houle as the leader and business operator with a professional project management team and five seasoned Ironworker foreman full-time with the combined 150+ years of experience, to perform ironworking duties throughout the country.
While B&H is relatively new, Jesse has extensive experience within the construction industry with over 28 years of direct experience on a diverse portfolio of projects.
Beson & Houle is MBE & DBE Certified,100% minority owned and operated business. Jesse also has extensive experience in the marketplace, having been formerly engaged in Senior Management capacity at separate MBE/DBE Certified firms prior to forming our company.
